{"id":60,"date":"2007-01-20T07:00:54","date_gmt":"2007-01-20T05:00:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lago-maggiore-urlaub.de\/blog\/villa-oasis-in-baveno\/"},"modified":"2017-04-17T14:09:15","modified_gmt":"2017-04-17T12:09:15","slug":"villa-oasis-in-baveno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lago-maggiore-urlaub.de\/blog\/villa-oasis-in-baveno\/","title":{"rendered":"Villa Oasis in Baveno"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cWenn ein Mensch freundlich zu einem Fremden ist, zeigt er, dass er ein Weltenbewohner ist, sein Herz ist keine Insel, getrennt von den anderen, sondern ein Kontinent, der sie zusammenschweisst\u201c.<br \/>\nDieser ber\u00fchmte Satz von Francesco Bacone, spiegelt den Geist der Einwohner Bavenos wieder, dieser h\u00fcbschen Stadt am Westufer des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lago-maggiore-urlaub.de\/\"  target=\"_blank\">Lago Maggiore<\/a>s.<\/p>\n<p>Die Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit seiner Bewohner l\u00e4sst seinen Besuchern den Aufenthalt unvergesslich werden.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lago-maggiore-urlaub.de\/baveno\/\"  target=\"_blank\">Baveno<\/a> liegt am Westufer des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lago-maggiore-urlaub.de\/\"  target=\"_blank\">Lago Maggiore<\/a>, also in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weltweit-urlaub.de\/italien\/piemont\/\"  target=\"_blank\">Piemont<\/a>, bietet viele kulturelle und folkloristische Veranstaltungen, so dass immer etwas f\u00fcr die Zerstreuung und Entspannung geboten wird.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn Ihr auf der Suche nach einem Haus sind, in dem Ihr alles dieses geniessen k\u00f6nnt, aber doch etwas abseits dieser ganzen Gesch\u00e4ftigkeit seid, dazu eine fantastische Aussicht auf den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lago-maggiore-urlaub.de\/\"  target=\"_blank\">Lago Maggiore<\/a> mit den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lago-maggiore-urlaub.de\/bildergalerie_fotogalerie\/borromaeische_inseln\/\"  target=\"_blank\">Borrom\u00e4ische Inseln<\/a>, das gegen\u00fcberliegende lombardische Ufer und die Bergwelt drum herum habt, kann ich Euch eine Doppelhaush\u00e4lfte ans Herz legen.<br \/>\nEinfach mal ansehen!<\/p>\n<p>Das Haus ist nur ein paar Minuten Fu\u00dfweg vom Ortskern entfernt und ist das vorletzte Haus am Waldrand, wo der Wanderweg zum Gipfel des \u201eHausberges\u201c, dem 1.491 m hohen MATTARONE beginnt und wo im Winter immerhin 6(!) Skilifte in Betrieb sind, d.h. man genie\u00dft das Wasser und die herrliche Bergwelt sowie die phantastische, unverbaubare Fernsicht gleicherma\u00dfen!<\/p>\n<p>Die Ausstattung liegt \u00fcbrigens weit \u00fcber dem Durchschnitt (Anm.: Der Eigent\u00fcmer ber\u00e4t seit 1970 Bautr\u00e4ger und baut auch selbst, weshalb er meint, sich insoweit ein Urteil erlauben zu d\u00fcrfen&#8230;) ist geschmackvoll und wirklich sehr vorzeigbar.<\/p>\n<p>Wie der Eigent\u00fcmer damals zum <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lago-maggiore-urlaub.de\/\"  target=\"_blank\">Lago Maggiore<\/a> kam? Er suchte urspr\u00fcnglich ein chices <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.weltweit-urlaub.de\/suedfrankreich\/\" >Ferienhaus in S\u00fcdfrankreich<\/a>, doch die Anfahrt war ihm zu weit und zu beschwerlich.
